On the northern side of the building, it is connected to another structure (the Public Revenue Office), which continues the cornice line of the residential building. It is assumed to have been built in the 1930s. The architect is unknown. The entrance to the building is on the western side. On the southern and eastern façades, there are projecting volumes that extend into terraces and rounded corners of the building.
