Residential Building Salkovikj - Stojkovikj
Buildings/The building is designed as a duplex consisting of two independent units with separate entrances and circulation cores, located on the rear façade, with party walls between them and a shared front façade. The façade is fully integrated with the neighboring building, which was also designed by Ivan Artemushkin. The façade is completely stripped of ornamentation, featuring pronounced horizontal deep joints, giving it a refined modernist expression. The terraces are shallow with rounded corners and have a distinctive steel railing crafted in a linear composition.

As the designer of both buildings for the Krstikj family (the corner building that defines the street front of Macedonia Street, while the other façade defines the street frontage of Luj Paster Street), Artemushkin preserved the height of the balconies, the window openings, and their rhythm in the building of Tomo Salkovikj and Petar Stojkovikj.
