Residential Building of Koen Judin Jakov
Buildings/The building's façade is stripped of ornaments, featuring a prominent vertical glass façade at the circulation core, which ends with circular openings (not originally planned in the project) and triple-flight stairs placed on the façade, forming an atrium in the interior. The building's entrance is accentuated with a stylized portal and a rustic finish on the base.

The original structure is also documented in the General Regulatory Plan for Skopje from October 26, 1929. Its current appearance was achieved in 1940, following the approval on July 23, 1940, when an extension was made to the existing building by adding two floors based on a design for extension and upgrade by the engineer Kiril D. - Recommendation to the owners: The value of the building should be respected when installing elements directly on the façades, and if changes are made, they should be aimed at preserving its authenticity.
