Residential Building on Dimitrie Chupovski Street No. 5
Buildings/The residential building is located in the very center, sculpturally positioned along the main street of the city of Skopje.
It is part of a perimeter block, constructed in the shape of a Cyrillic letter "P", consisting of two wings and a semicircular section that connects them. The section oriented towards the street is longer than the one facing the inner courtyard, while the rounded corner suggests a passage leading to the courtyard, creating a break in the block that separates it from the neighboring building. The ground floor responds to its surroundings on all three sides through various commercial spaces. The building is developed with a ground floor, two upper floors, and an attic, which is recessed from the façade line, forming a terrace in the central semicircular section, while the balconies on the upper floors are located on the lateral wings.
The façade is refined, with emphasized horizontals below and above the windows, balconies, and the separating cornice, characteristic of academicism.
