Buildings/The residential building is located at the corner of Vardarska Street and Mirko i Tanche Zivkovi Street. It is a freestanding structure with a simple form, featuring a semicircular protruding section on the front façade. The façade design includes refined geometric decoration, and the window openings are developed horizontally with moderate proportions.
The modern architectural expression of this building is evident in the asymmetrical arrangement of the volumes and the varied roof levels. The recessed rounded volume is compositionally emphasized.
