Entry to the house is through a recessed main entrance on the southern façade. The staircase core is clearly emphasized; this part is slightly set back, adding dynamism to the simple form. The ground floor plan is identical to the first-floor plan.StructureThe building is constructed with a massive structural system. The walls of the ground floor, upper floors, and attic are made of solid brick with lime mortar. The roof structure is wooden.RoofHipped roof with wooden substructure, covered with roofing tiles.FaçadeThe exterior finish is cement plaster in an ochre color. The plinth is accentuated with a stone imitation.
