The residential building is located at the intersection of Sveti Naum Street and Ovchi Pazar Street. It is an individual, freestanding structure with a ground floor and one upper floor.

Half of the building has been renovated-the façade has been restored, the color and carpentry have been changed, and an iron fence has been added to the front façade.

On half of the building, the wooden carpentry has been replaced with white PVC carpentry.

Based on the façade carpentry, it is assumed that the interior of the building has been altered and adapted so that only half is in use. Additionally, on the right side, stairs with a canopy have been added to provide access to the building.
