House on Sv. Kliment Ohridski Street No. 31
Buildings/The original building reflects a typical architectural style in Bitola, constructed in 1908. There are clear influences of neo-renaissance and neoclassical architecture in the division of the façade. In the 1930s, an extension was added on the northern side under the influence of modernism, where a low horizontal structure was built and the entire northern façade of the neoclassical building was partitioned. The building represents a rare example of early transformation, where both phases are still present.

The house has a disintegrated external appearance due to the additions. It is assumed that the house in its original state can only be observed on its western façade. On the northern side, a section with two rooms and a central staircase access has been added, and there is a terrace on the upper floor. It is also assumed that the wing on the eastern side of the house was added later, with an elongated single-story volume.
- If untimely maintenance continues and the façade, which is already showing signs of deterioration, the damage will deepen. Additionally, there is another building in front of part of the western façade that could potentially have a negative impact.

- Recommendation to the owners: The value of the building should be respected when installing elements directly on the façades, and if changes are made, they should be aimed at preserving its authenticity.
